Next week brings a very busy schedule on campus as we arrive at the last 4.5 days of school! If you are planning to come to grade level awards, completion ceremonies, or end of year parties, you will need to obtain a visitors pass in our front office. Lines will likely be long to check in for these events--we encourage all parents/family members to complete the form below for each event you plan to attend to have a visitor badge pre-made for you-Please make sure to fill out the form entirely so that you are able to obtain a badge. This will save you time on the day/time of your student's event!

3rd-5th Talent Show: If your student is participating in the talent show & you would like to come watch, we would love to have you! Our Talent Show is Monday, May 18th @1:30pm, in the cafe. Please check in at the front office and obtain a visitors badge to attend.
Pre-K & 5th Grade Promotion Ceremonies: Pre-k & 5th grade parents--please join us Thursday, May 21st @9:00am (5th grade) or @10:00am (Pre-K) for our promotion ceremonies! The ceremonies will take place in the cafe. Balloons, streamers, and noise makers are not allowed at the ceremonies, but you are welcome to bring other items to celebrate your student(s). All visitors at the ceremonies must have a valid ID to enter the school. Please contact your student's teachers for more details.
Academy Awards: Join us as we celebrate accomplishments of all our students during grade level award ceremonies! See graphic below with dates and times for each ceremony.
End of Year Parties: Thursday, May 21st OR Friday, May 22nd--party dates & times for each grade level below. Contact your child's teacher with any questions about grade level parties. Parents are welcome to attend parties--you must check in with front office & receive a visitor badge before going to the parties.
Early Release Day: Friday, May 22nd. Students will be released @12:45pm on this day. Boys and Girls Club(BGC) will NOT be open on the 22nd--any students who attend BGC will need an alternative plan for dismissal @12:45pm on this day.
Medicine Pick Up: If your student has medicine in Nurse Jessica's office, please make plans to pick up the medicine by Friday, May 23rd, @12:30pm. Any medicine left after dismissal on the 23rd will be disposed of so that Nurse Ellis can close out the nurse's office for the school year. If you have any questions, please call nurse at 903-262-1992.
5th Grade Families: If you have a student planning to be in band at Hubbard, we wanted to remind you about the Music & Arts Event...Tuesday, May 19th, 4:00pm-6:00pm. Please see the flyer below for more details.
2026-2027 School Year: Reminder! All students returning to Tyler ISD next year must be re-enrolled for the upcoming school year. To complete your student's enrollment, please access your parent account here. If you have questions or need help with enrollment, please visit this site.
