We have had a busy first week back from Thanksgiving Break!
We have also had several new Cougars join Cougar Nation this week. If you are a new family to Clarkston-Welcome! We hope that you feel at home on our campus and know that we are here to support, grow, and care for your students. Clarkston Winter Program:
Mark your calendars! We are excited to host our annual Winter Program on Thursday, December 18th, at 5:45pm, in the Hubbard Middle School cafe! All grade levels will perform at this event--there will not be a play in the program this year--just grade levels signing. If you are planning for your student to attend, please be at Hubbard, with your student between 5:15pm-5:30pm so that we can get all students settled before the start of the program. 5th grade families:
Are you interested in your student participating in the Math Science and Technology Program at Moore Middle School for 6th grade? Moore will host a Recruitment Evening on January 27, 6pm to preview the specific offerings of the magnet program. This event is designed to answer frequently asked questions from applicants. We hope to see your family there and we encourage you to contact Moore Middle School to learn more about the Math, Science and Technology Magnet Program. The magnet program application window is open January 15, 2026--March 15, 2026.
Grade Level Newsletters:
All of our grade levels provide a printed, monthly newsletter to families. Our newsletters are designed to keep families informed of the learning and events happening in our classrooms each month.
