We have arrived at Winter Break! I hope that all of you have a wonderful holiday season with your family and friends. May your holiday be blessed and restful!
When we return from the break, we look forward to middle of the year benchmark testing for iReady, mClass, & CIRCLE assessments...excited to see the growth your student has made from the beginning of the year! Please be on the lookout, around the last week in January, for your student's middle of the year growth report coming home and reach out if you have any questions.
A note from Nurse Ellis:
Attention guardians of 10 & 12 year old girls: The campus nurse will be conducting state mandated spinal screenings beginning January 2026. If you do not wish for your child to be screened, please contact Kelly Ellis, RN (903-262-1994) with screening results from a licensed Texas screener.
Winter Break Reading:
We hope that are Cougars are still reading great books while on break! If you'd like to participate in our Winter Break Bingo challenge, please complete your bingo card and bring back to Mrs. Kinney on Tuesday, January 6th for a prize! Bingo card and instructions on how to log your student's reading in Beanstack are located below.
